An EV manufacturer's fleet, browsable by spec
Vizgo Mobility builds electric three-wheelers, loader bikes, tractors, golf carts and shuttle buses at its plant outside Pune, and sells to fleet operators, municipalities, resorts and dealers. Its range lived in PDF brochures and sales calls. We designed and built its website: a video-led home page with the flagship vehicles and their headline numbers, a filterable fleet catalogue with a spec card for every model, a downloadable technical comparison sheet, and enquiry paths for quotes, demos, tenders and dealerships.

What the client measured.
Fourteen vehicles, five kinds of buyer, and a spec sheet for each in a PDF.
Vizgo had more than a decade of battery and EV manufacturing behind it and a fleet that ranged from Rs.40-a-charge e-rickshaws to a 30HP tractor and a 20-passenger shuttle bus. But a municipal tender officer, a resort manager, a delivery business and a would-be dealer all landed on the same brochure and the same phone number.
The brief was a site that could sell to each of them: show the whole fleet with the numbers that matter, range, capacity, charging time, warranty, let people compare models and download the technical sheet, and route quotes, demos, tenders and dealership interest to the right conversation.

How we got there.
Design to launch, 2026, design + engineering: here is how the time was spent.
Discover
Sessions with the founders at the Khalad plant on how each vehicle is actually sold: operators ask about range and cost per charge, farmers about power and runtime, resorts about seats, municipalities about tenders and warranty. Those questions became the fields on every spec card.
Design & prototype
A bold red-and-charcoal system drawn from the Vizgo mark: heavy uppercase headlines with the key phrase in red, a full-bleed video hero, scroll-through fleet categories, and white spec cards on light grey that read like a data sheet, tested as clickable mockups.
Build & test
A React single-page app with Tailwind: home page with three flagship feature sections and their headline numbers, a fleet page with category filter, per-model cards that expand to the full spec list, a downloadable comparison sheet, contact page with a vehicle-interest select and FAQ, and an about page with mission, goals, services and a company timeline, checked on phones, tablets and desktops.
Launch & optimise
Live at vizgomobility.com with Instagram linked, the plant address, phone and email in the footer and a get-quote button on every page, then category order and the three home-page features tuned from which vehicles visitors opened.
Watch the fleet roll by, open a model, read the numbers, ask for a quote.
Visitors land on a video hero and two calls to action, scroll a full-screen sequence of the five fleet categories, then meet the three flagships, the e-rickshaw passenger, the MG 25 tractor and the shuttle bus, each with four headline specs and its own next step. The fleet page lists all 14 models with a category filter and expandable spec cards, the tech-specs sheet is one click away, and the contact page splits sales, support and dealership enquiries.

Fleet catalogue
Fourteen models in five categories with a filter bar, a photo, a description and the five most-asked specs on each card, expanding to the full list of up to thirty specifications, plus a downloadable technical comparison sheet for procurement.
Flagship features
Home-page sections for the e-rickshaw passenger, the Vizgo x MG 25 electric tractor and the electric shuttle bus, each with four key numbers such as range, capacity, charging and warranty and its own action: configure vehicle, book a demo, inquiry for tenders.
Enquiry routing
A general sales inquiry form with a vehicle-interest select and a 24-hour response promise, separate customer-support and dealership-network panels, a contact person with direct phone and email, and a get-quote button in the header of every page.
Company story
An about page with the story from ABPL in 2014 to Vizgo Mobility in 2025, mission and vision, company goals, battery, vehicle and components services, market outlook, a 2018 to 2024 journey timeline and the registered office.
